It depends on the role and the sector. Our Scottish Engineering Salary Guide 2026 shows ranges such as £40,000 to £65,000 for a Maintenance Engineer, £45,000 to £65,000 for a Quality Manager and £60,000 to £100,000 for an Engineering Manager. Specialist sector experience and shift work usually push pay towards the top of the range.
No. Our fees are paid by the employer when they hire through us. Engineers never pay to register, to be put forward for a role or to get advice from us.

Our office is at Strathclyde Business Park in Bellshill, but most of our interviews with engineers are by phone and Teams, so where you live is not a barrier.
